Sigma Kappa Foundation Supports Conference Scholarships and Program Development

The Sigma Kappa Foundation has granted the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) a $1,000 grant to be used toward programming and resource development for the Association. A portion of the grant will provide two registration scholarships for Sigma Kappa members to attend the annual NGLA conference, to be held in Hartford, Connecticut from February 21-24, 2013.

“Sigma Kappa Foundation is so pleased to support the educational and leadership development efforts of NGLA” says Lisa Fedler Swiontek, Executive Director of the Sigma Kappa Foundation. “Our board looks for opportunities to support high caliber programming and we expect our collegians and advisors to benefit from the resources provided.”
The partnership of the Sigma Kappa Foundation further supports the efforts of NGLA to provide resources that elevate fraternity and sorority communities in the Northeast.
Wendi Kinney, Executive Director of NGLA states “With the generous support from the Sigma Kappa Foundation, NGLA will be able to advance new programmatic initiatives while also providing Sigma Kappa collegians more opportunities to attend the annual conference.”
